I work as a stunt double when a scene requires action that is too dangerous or technically demanding for the actor to perform themselves.
I double actors in action sequences involving fights, falls, movement, reactions, and other physically demanding performance, always with the aim of matching the actor’s movement, character, and appearance as closely as possible.
I adapt quickly to different coordinators, working methods and production environments, with a strong focus on safety, consistency and delivering what the scene requires.
I also regularly attend international stunt training and workshops to continue developing my skills, broaden my experience and stay adaptable across different types of action work.
STUNT DOUBLE
I work as a stunt performer across a range of action disciplines, performing and helping create physical action for film, television and commercial productions.
My work includes fights, falls, reactions, movement and other action-based performance, with an emphasis on control, timing, safety, and making the action work naturally for camera.
I train continuously and actively take part in international stunt courses and specialist workshops to expand my skill set and develop as a well-rounded performer.
For me, stunt training is an ongoing process – every new discipline, technique and production environment adds another tool that can be brought to future projects.
STUNT PERFORMER
I provide stunt coordination for film, television and commercial productions, from individual action moments to more complex sequences.
I plan and choreograph action around the director’s creative vision and the practical requirements of the production, always considering how the action can be performed safely, effectively and convincingly on screen.
As a coordinator, I focus on areas in which I have practical experience myself through performing and professional training. I continue to develop this knowledge by actively attending international stunt courses and workshops, bringing that experience into the way I design, prepare and coordinate action.
Depending on the production, I can train and prepare actors, coordinate stunt performers and doubles and help determine the safest and most effective way to achieve the required action.
STUNT Coordinator
I support the stunt department throughout production, managing its practical, logistical and administrative needs.
I source and book stunt doubles and performers based on physical match, skills, and the specific requirements of each sequence. Nearly ten years of experience as a casting coordinator has given me a strong background in understanding casting needs and finding the right person for each role.
For the past two years, I have also worked as a production coordinator, allowing me to approach stunt logistics within the wider context of a production. I manage schedules, call times, travel, transport, accommodation, documentation, contracts, and communication between the stunt department and production.
Whether a project requires a single performer or a larger stunt team, my role is to keep the department organised behind the scenes so the stunt coordinator and performers can focus on delivering the action safely and efficiently.
